We are currently experiencing a serious network issue with the server Shell.cmwebhosting.net
We have got our network engineer looking into this as fast as possible. As soon as we know more we will let you all know

New DirectAdmin Plugin

We have also along with RoundCube installed a IP Blocking Plugin
This is just incase of customers who wish to block a certain IP from accessing their website, here is the brief writeup on what this plugin can offer customers
This, like the others, simply adds onto your .htaccess file. It has beginning and ending comment tags that it uses, so it should be safe with anything else you have in there.
Hopefully some customers will find this plugin helpful

We have installed another alternative webmail software for any user to use
We have installed RoundCube Webmail. With this we can now offer a wide option of different webmail solutions
Please bare in mind that this is new software and there are bound to be some small issues while we get all the fine details sorted
